I adore my husband and my kiddos. I’m a stay-at-home mommy and wife to a husband who happens to be a Student Pastor. I was diagnosed with a chronic pain disease in July 2010, called Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD) or Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), and it has turned our little world upside down. Over the last year and half since my diagnosis, we have still been trying to establish a new normalcy for us. If you’d like more information on RSD, check out RSD Hope.
We also took on a huge endeavor this past year. We listened to God’s calling and moved across the country to Virginia. We’ve always lived in the midwest, but we felt like the Lord needed us on the east coast. So we bundled up our little family and trekked across the US in May 2011. We’ve never been this far from our families or friends before, but our new Fairmount church family has already been loving on us and making us feel welcome.
